Rain

Recently, Wall Community Library held a poetry contest. Posted below is the winner of the children poetry competition. The poem is called "Rain," and it is written by Alexa Dunker.

Rain will fall, rain will trickle

Maybe it might even tickle

When it falls you will hear

Splish, Splash, Drip, Drop coming near

When you hear it you're in love.

Because of its peaceful touch

You will relax

And you will not stress

The sound is great

But I have to wait

For the next storm to start

Then comes a rainbow after the clouds part.
